By accessing or using any part of PyClubs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Eligibility

  • By using PyClubs, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. User Accounts

  • Student Member
  • Club Lead
  • Mentor / Facilitator
  • Administrator

Each role may have specific responsibilities and permissions.


3. Community Standards & Conduct

PyClubs exists to foster respectful, safe, and inclusive communities. All users must follow our Code of Conduct.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of access.


4. Club Operations

Club Leads agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during club registration.
  • Uphold PyClubs’ mission and values.
  • Organize regular learning activities.
  • Use PyClubs branding responsibly.
  • Accurately report membership and event data.
  • Obtain consent from members before sharing personal data.

5. Content Guidelines

You agree not to share content that is:

  • Illegal or violates regulations.
  • Infringing intellectual property.
  • Malicious (viruses/malware).
  • Discriminatory, hateful, or harmful.
  • Spam or unauthorized advertising.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 PyClubs Content

All PyClubs branding, content, and assets belong to PyClubs unless stated otherwise.

6.2 User Content

By sharing content, you grant PyClubs permission to display, use, and promote it within the community.

6.3 Branding Use

Club Leads may use PyClubs branding following official guidelines. Any other use requires written permission.


7. Privacy & Data

Key points:

  • Data is collected responsibly.
  • We do not sell user data.
  • You can manage communication preferences.
  • Clubs must handle member data appropriately.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree to:

  • Not interfere with other users' experiences.

9. Third-Party Links
